Device Replacement

If you have replaced a licensed device, such as your iPhone, you can transfer your license to the new device under the following circumstances:

  • Your device was faulty and a replacement was given
    • Provide us with documentation from Apple (or your phone provider) clearly showing that a device was faulty and that you were issued a replacement.
  • You have upgraded your device
    • Provide us with documentation from your place of purchase clearly showing that you have indeed been issued a replacement device.
    • Or provide us with proof of sale of the old device.
  • You have had your device stolen
    • Provide us with a scanned copy of the police report.

Along with your proof of the above, please include:

  • Your old device ID (40 characters)
  • Your new device ID (40 characters)
  • Your email account registered with our website
  • See this page for details on retrieving your Device ID

Applying for a license transfer:
Please email us via support@commandfusion.com with the above details.
We will review your situation and reply via email with further instructions.

If you are unable to prove your situation, we unfortunately cannot transfer your license and you will need to purchase a new license for your new device.
To avoid this, please be aware of these details and ensure your customers are aware, so that they can ask for the appropriate details when receiving a device replacement. Consideration is always given to loyal customers with a good sales history.
