We will review your situation and reply via email with further instructions.
If you are unable to prove your situation, we unfortunately cannot transfer your license and you will need to purchase a new license for your new device.
To avoid this, please be aware of these details and ensure your customers are aware, so that they can ask for the appropriate details when receiving a device replacement.
