Device Replacement

If you have replaced a licensed device, such as your iPhone, you can transfer your license to the new device under the following circumstances:

• Your device was faulty and a replacement was given
• You have upgraded your device and the previous device will no longer be using our software
• You have had your device stolen

You can transfer your license to a new device by using the transfer feature under Licensed Devices in your account.
