Access SSID

To access the current network SSID of the device from your scripts, you will need to allow specific settings on your device OS/

• Open Settings
• Find iViewer app in the list
• Enable “Local Network” option.

If the Android Device WiFi displays your WiFi network name as <unknown ssid>, you may need to grant the iViewer Android app “Allow all the time” location permissions:

• Open ⚙️ Settings
• Open Location
• Tap App access to location then open iViewer
• Select Allow all the time

Try rebooting the device. There are known issues on various mobile OS versions that require you to reboot the app after granting the permissions.
